Gloria Danqiao Cheng

Welcome!

I am a postdoctoral scholar in Management and Organizations at UCLA Anderson School of Management. My research investigates how social hierarchies shape workplace experiences and outcomes at multiple levels of analysis. Employing multiple methodologies from lab and field experiments, archival data analyses, interviews, and computational analyses, I study how subtle, systemic mechanisms sustain workplace inequality across individual and organizational levels, and how to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I received my Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2022 and my B.A. in Psychology (with Honors) and Economics from UC Berkeley in 2018.
